Welcome to the NRGMX.org website.  Everyone seems to think a Motocross riders group or union is needed, but no one seems to be willing to do anything about it. Even top riders think privateers are treated unfairly. The AMA has made many changes over the last few years and disenchanted many of it's racing members. Nearly 70% of AMA MX Pros surveyed are unhappy with the AMA.

As teams are struggling to find sponsorship dollars to support their efforts.  Many racers are either staying home or going in debt to race the Nationals and Supercross. Wonder Warthog Racing is a team that's doing great things to support many top privateers and hosts the largest Supercross Racing team on the circuit representing 28% of the show. WWR provides transportation, mechanics, visibility, and a sense of camaraderie and great moral support. But, for the riders on their team, there is no money. They all race for the measly purse and contingencies which isn't enought to pay for parts and travel let alone rent, car payments, insurance and food. Feld Entertainment, Inc., is making over a million dollars profit on each supercross event. Is it fair that the riders get less than 3% of the money being generated by their efforts?

What are your thoughts?
